TERRY VEALE SUMMER CUP 2019 / 2020
FINAL 5TH MARCH 2020
WINNERS – JOHN FIELDING AND ALLAN STEWART
The final of this event has been played and the results are John Fielding and Allan Stewart defeated Jeffery Pitts and Brian Spragg on the day 2 up.
The match was a riveting and entertaining match and a fitting finale to a popular and prestigious event with Jeff and Brian having the chance to force a playoff on the last hole.
Charlie Benson said a few words for Terry and of note reminded us all of how long the Veale family have been supporting Bunbury Golf Club. Terry started playing at Bunbury when it was only a 9 Hole Course. Terry started as a caddy , played juniors, represented Bunbury many times and has won numerous Golf Letter events.
Terry provided some excellent trophies and Bunbury Golf Club Scroungers thank Terry for his generosity. We all wish Terry the very best in getting his health right and are looking forward to his attendance at the club whenever he can.
