NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Bunbury Golf Club Incorporated will be held in the Clubhouse at Clifton Park on Monday, 25th November 2024, commencing at 6:30 pm.

Your copy of the 2023-2024 Annual Report is available via the link above. Please notify the club if you require a hard copy to collect. A copy is also available on the club website.

Nominations for the Board and Committee Elect are now being taken and must be received by the 28th October 2024 (Forms are available below to download or from the club notice board).

Please note: Only Full and Life Members are eligible to vote and a minimum of 50 are required for a quorum, please show your support for the club by attending.

MEETING AGENDA

1. To adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 27 November 2023.
2. To receive and adopt the President’s Report.
3. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement and Auditor’s Report.
4. To elect office bearers:

6. To elect an Auditor.
7. Election of Life Member Del Mac Neill as recommended by the 2023/2024 Board .
8. Special Business of which Notice of Motion has been given. (Motions must be received by the 6^th November).

   Motions: THAT the presented table of amendments (Attachment 1) be adopted to update the Constitution relating to the two (i & ii) resolutions to be put at the 2024 Annual General Meeting

   (i)   THAT the position Director of Women’s Golf be created to replace the current Women’s President position on the Board.

   (ii)     THAT the total number of Board positions be reduced from 8 to 7 with the removal of position (h) Director.
