NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Bunbury Golf Club Incorporated will be held in the Clubhouse at Clifton Park on Monday, 25 November 2019, commencing at 6:30 pm.

With the adopted changes of our Constitution last year please see the below important date changes for your information-

• Notice of Motion for special business to be received by the 4th November 2019.

Your copy of the 2018-2019 Annual Report will be sent by email to all Members 10 days prior to the meeting. Please notify the club if you require a hard copy to collect. A copy will also be made available on the club website.

Please note: Only Full and Life Members are eligible to vote and a minimum of 50 are required for a quorum, please show your support for the club by attending.

MEETING AGENDA

1. Notice of meeting.

2. Adopting minutes of the last Annual General Meeting and any other General Meeting not yet confirmed and confirming or amending such minutes.

3. Reading Presidentâ??s Report, discussion and adoption or otherwise.

4. Reading Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet to be received or otherwise.

5. Election of the Board.

6. Election of Committee representative.

7. Election of Club Auditor.

8. Special Business of which Notice of Motion has been given (Motions must be received by the 4th November).

9. Other Business- To receive recommendations for consideration by the Board.
