Notice: Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Bunbury Golf Club Incorporated will be held in the Clubhouse at Clifton Park on Monday, 26 November 2018, commencing at 6:30 pm.

Nominations for Board & Committee Elect positions close 5pm Friday 16th November – Click HERE for the current list of nominations for election.

Please note: Only Full and Life Members are eligible to vote and a minimum of 50 are required for a quorum, please show your support for the club by attending.

As per the changes to the Associations Incorporation Act it is a requirement for all Incorporated Associations to make the necessary changes. A copy of the amended Constitution for adoption is available on the website under club documents.

MEETING AGENDA

1.      To adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 27 November 2017.

2.   To receive and adopt the President’s Report.

3.      To receive and adopt the Financial Statement and Auditor’s Report.

4.      To elect office bearers:

a)      President

b)      Vice President

c)      Club Captain

d)      Women’s President

e)      Director of Finance

f)       Director of Grounds

g)      Director of Membership

h)      Director of House and Social

5.      To elect a representative(s):

a)      Match – Vice Captain (2)

b)      Finance

c)      Grounds

d)      Membership

e)      House and Social

6.  To elect an Auditor.

7.      Election of Life Member(s) as recommended by the 2017/2018 Board.

8.      Motion to adopt the amended Bunbury Golf Club Constitution, which has been updated to meet the requirements of the Association Incorporation Act.

9.      To receive recommendations for consideration by the Board.
