INTERNET & SCORECARD SCANNING
Published on 6th January 2017 in Members NewsThe club has experienced major issues recently with internet services dropping out regularly which does not allow score cards to upload when scanning in.
Some good news, Telstra has finally agreed to complete the new cabling from the entrance pit located near the 10th tee to the main board located in the clubhouse at no cost!! This original cable was put in in approx 1976 and would not support the NBN which we have been advised will be available by March 2017.
Telstra have scheduled the work for Tue 10th Jan, please note, telephone and internet will be disrupted for the day.
The internet has not been the only issue on the new MiScore cards as we have had the support team on site all morning re configuring the scanning and printer drivers for all terminals using the software.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused recently, and please note we are working on correcting the problems to ensure you score card return experience is effortless.
