CONSTITUTION CHANGES AND COMPLIANCE
Published on 27th May 2018 in Members NewsDue to changes to the Associations Act all registered clubs have been required to review constitutions and make necessary changes to comply with the new Act.
Following a review, plus consultation and recommendations from Clubs WA, Consumer Protection and the Department of Racing Gaming Liquor, the Board have produced a draft Constitution to comply along with some modernisation following recommendations from the governing organisations.
A copy of the DRAFT CONSTITUTION is also available in the CLUB DOCUMENTS PAGE of the members area.
This is a draft constitution for member feedback prior to putting a motion to adopt at the Clubs Annual General Meeting in November this year.
