Charity Golf Day – Private Cart Request

Good afternoon,

On behalf of Mike Fagan, Gary Horner, Brian Hovey plus the many other member volunteers on the organising committees for the upcoming Charity Golf days this email is to request on their behalf your support and assistance with allowing the use of your private motorised golf cart for the days below. This email confirms that your cart will be allocated to Bunbury Golf Club members participating in the day.

Days seeking assistance.

Camp Quality Golf Day – Friday 23^rd February

Car Dealers & Friends Golf Day – Mon 11^th March.

Bunbury Golf Club has set a fee of $30 per cart which will be credited to your House Account should you choose to support. Carts will be cleaned on return.

These are 2 of our major charity days which we support each year of which both organising committees appreciate the ongoing support of members. The Charity golf days have raised more than $2million dollars over the years of which BGC are very lucky and proud to be associated with such generous and committed members of the community who donate time in planning , organising and to those who donate financially.

Please confirm by reply email or sms and provide a key or information on accessing your cart. For members who store on site, volunteers and staff will remove clubs and store personal belongings whilst the cart is used for the day before returning all items at end of day.
