As the South West Open creeps upon us, we at the clubhouse are full steam ahead in our preparations for our biggest event of the year! It’s one we as a club look forward to and is a great opportunity to showcase our amazing service and desire to deliver the best possible experience to some of the countries most elite golfers and visitors alike.
That being said, there isn’t much to report on from The Clubhouse’s perspective as we ramp up our preparations for the open. Just a few things to let you all know about. Our self serve coffee machine has been in hospital for the past week due to our coffee lovers working it to overdrive! Just a friendly reminder to let a staff member know if the coffee beans need refilling, as there is a specific way this needs to be done. We can expect the swift return of our favourite machine/life saver in the next couple of days.
On a final note, we are still trawling for some volunteer superstars to assist us in the running of the South West Open! Be apart of the amazing team that brings this event together! We can’t do it without your help and wouldn’t it be great to be apart of something so great? I do solemnly swear to keep each of our helpers well fed and of course hydrated. Please see myself or Tanya for a list of jobs that are still available. Get in quick or you may be stuck with the 6am shift with Mr Littlewood 😉
