Competition Trophy Vouchers + House Accounts

Please be advised the club is currently upgrading the POS system for the Bar and the Proshop.

This upgrade has taken longer than anticipated with regard to the integration of the trophies to members accounts.

The completion of the upgrade is anticipated to be next Friday 2nd March.

No trophy vouchers will be put to accounts from 20th February.

We apologise for any inconvienience.

 

As part of the upgrade all  members will soon see 3 accounts online in your members area.

Subscriptions Account– Showing any outstanding membership fees.

House Account– This is for account is for members to put money onto to pay for future purchases and as of Saturday 3rd of March all members will be able to put their comp fees and major event entry fees to this account (Provided you have credit!!)

Trophy Account- This account is where all comp trophy vouchers will be credited. This account is available to make all purchases from the bar and or proshop excluding comp fees, major event fees, social events or other services excluded from time to time.

Please note when making a purchase it will automatically charge the sale to the Trophy account first and then to the House account should their be insufficient funds. Charges such as Comp fees etc default to the House account automatically which will recall funds to process.

Please note these accounts have a zero credit limit.

All members will issued with a new member card to swipe at the proshop or bar to make purchases for a new loyalty program rewarding those who enjoy a drink at the club.
