Bar Report – November
Published on 7th November 2024 in Members NewsSpring is in full swing! The birds are chirping, the maggies are swooping and the course is thriving with life! None of which relates to what’s happening inside The Clubhouse but it’s a wonderful time to kick back on the deck and soak in this beautiful time of year with a cold beer or glass of bubbly.
We’ve got a few specials this month with some new wines hitting our shelves. Hãhã pinot noir is a beautiful red hailing from New Zealand. The Hãhã wine is no joke. In Te Reo Māori, Hãhã means to catch your breath. With a wonderful whirlwind of wild berries, clove and cinnamon, complimenting the rich and bold tangy taste – you’ll soon realise this Pinot is no laughing matter. We also have brand new prosecco from Primo Estate. Delicate aromas of stone fruit and a hint of lemon blossom. The palate has fine, refreshing fruit flavours that marry well with delicate bubbles and crisp acidity. Mouth-watering and moreish with a crisp, savoury finish. See our specials board on the bar for the full price list!
it’s an absolute pleasure to introduce our new pour behind the bar. Hahn 3.5%. You asked (harassed) and we answered! I hope you all enjoy this refreshing crisp beer in all of its glory. Accompanied by our other new addition, Heineken, being poured in some snazzy new glassware! If you’d still like to reminisce about the days of peroni you are more than welcome to purchase some collective pint glasses that we have for sale or book a table for our Friday twilight meal service and you may just win yourself a pack of glasses in our weekly raffles!
