Bar Report – January

The magical month of December is officially been and gone! It’s been full of beer, barbies and sun (with quite a few wines to go with it). As we enter in to the new year we begin to think of new ways to keep things exciting here at The Clubhouse.

 

Firstly I think everyone can agree that we would love to see some new wines being poured behind the bar so within the first few months of 2024 you’ve all can expect to see an overhaul of our wine list. This also means that there will be some wicked specials on offer to offload some of our hidden gems that aren’t exactly flying off the shelves. This will be a great opportunity to try something that you may not have had before at The Clubhouse for an absolute steal. Keep an eye on the course crier and flyers that may be posted around. One that I have hiding out the back ready to make their debut is Talisman Chardonnay 2022 vintage. I will let this one speak for itself. You will not want to miss out on tasting this absolute gem.

 

Only a few more weeks until we can see Peroni return to our taps… id personally like to thank all of you Peroni loyals for letting me live and understanding the situation we were put in. I’m sure the wait will make it taste all that much better! We also have a new friend in the fridge. A personal favourite brewery of mine. The eagle bay Kolsch is an amazing addition to our craft section. Full of flavour and in my opinion a very solid, well rounded beer that anyone can enjoy, Whether you’re a craft fanatic or an old school beer lover looking to test themselves. This is the perfect gateway beer. trust me!
