Welcome Karlie Kahu

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Karlie Kahu in the position of Head Chef.

Karlie has more than 10 years experience in Head Chef Roles at a number of Mantra Hotels & Resorts and more recently in the South West at Mash Brewery, Eaton Tavern and Corners on the Bay.
