FINAL SESSION – 5 YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Following 2 successful sessions and feedback, we have decided to reduce to 3 sessions with the final session on this Monday 10th October from 6:30pm- 

The Final session will have a finance focus provide a brief overview of the first two sessions and ending in an open forum discsussion on future ideas and developments fo rthe club.

Strategic Planning Meetings

The first of four ‘think tank’ sessions with members will be held weekly at the Club commencing on Wednesday the 21^st September from 6.30pm to 8.30pm with regard to the formulation of the new 5 year plan. These meetings will allow for input from interested members and provide valuable information with regard to strategic priorities over the next 5 years.

RSVP by 5pm Monday the 19^th September is essential if you plan to attend. Light refreshments will follow.

The subject of the first meeting will broadly focus on ‘Membership’ and will cover a range of matters that pertain to this.

If you are unable to attend any or all of the planned sessions, you are most welcome to email Des with your ideas and suggestions for consideration in the upcoming plan.
